It's also where the Composer (aka Josh) lives. Guess: My temptation is to say Black (because of, you know, death), but I think Blue is more accurate thanks to the character who lives there, with White being second most for the aspect of a meeting place for a hierarchy. Aka I don't think Chandra will like this place. XD
